Placing An Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Google Pay.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees on all orders that are aimed to South Africa. If you're purchasing from outside of South Africa, please be aware that you might need to pay duties and custom taxes.

Shipping

We offer free shipping Nationwide. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. We use reliable and trusted shipping carriers to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time.

Please note that international customers may be subject to customs fees and taxes upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we offer a 14-day return policy for all our jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@akoya.co.za with your order number and reason for the return. Please note that we cannot process Warranty or exchanges which are not accompanied by the original copy of the invoice that is sent with your purchase. Akoya cannot be held liable for mistreatment of items.

Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and undamaged, and include all original packaging and tags. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

You are responsible for shipping your damaged or defective Jewelry piece. To ensure successful transit, please ship your piece using a reputable shipping service which provides tracking information.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@akoya.co.za, and we will provide you with a pre-paid return label and instructions on how to return the item.
